How to make Vegan Ricotta Toast:
- 4 slice sourdough bread
- Vegan ricotta...(do you boo, do you :)
- Grab a hand full of Grape Tomatoes
- 1/4 chopped red onions
- 5 teaspoon Balsamic Glaze
- 1 ounce of walnuts
- 1 hand full of fresh arugula or basil (Choose your delight)
- 2 tsp Olive oil
- Sunshine by Tabitha Brown (or your favorite seasoning)
- Fresh ground pepper
How to make Vegan Ricotta Toast:
- Toast your bread to your liking
- Fry up cherry tomatoes with olive oil and season to taste with seasonings
- Smother toast with vegan ricotta
- Layer your cherry tomatoes, walnuts, onions and arugula/basil on top
- Drizzle with Balsamic Glaze
- Have some green tea with this! Yummy!
