"Age is really just a number." Yes we have all heard that one before. Regardless of that number, you're never too old to commit to healthy lifestyle that will keep the numbers on the scale down.
I have beenasked how do I keep my "Mookie Tight" (my stomach) Well, of course
combined with a healthy eating regiment here are 5 exercises that I have a love
hate relationship with. I have developed this 20-25 minutes core workout to
challenge you at any age.
Each exercise is demonstrated and designed to target, tone and tighten your core.
For quicker results I have added the following items to this workout. You will need your C-BANDZ, BALANCE BALL AND A WEIGHT VEST
to experience maximum results. If you don't have these items you can simply
click on the items and it will take you to the page where you may purchase
them.
