Arinta’s Vegetarian meal plans are designed to offer delicious, nutritionally balanced meals for vegetarians. These (7- Day) weekly meal plans offers daily caloric levels. Various variable are factored in according to an individual weight, medical restrictions/limitations, activity level, goals and more. The recipes use a variety of vegetarian protein sources, such as legumes, tofu, tempeh, whole grains, nuts, as well as cheese and eggs. With minor modification, vegans can follow these plans.
