INGREDIENTS: 4 small roasted carrots (from your meal prep) 1 cup or can of cooked kidney beans 1/3 small head roasted cauliflower (from your meal prep) 1/2 small roasted zucchini (from your meal prep) 1/2 medium sweet potato (1/2 serving of the sweet potato fries) 1/3 container hummus (2.66oz) 1 1/2 cups mixed greens

DIRECTIONS: Reheat the veggies, fries and kidney beans (optional) and serve with the greens and hummus.
