1 slice whole-grain bread, toasted
2 teaspoons everything bagel seasoning 
(Get it from Sprouts or make your own)
(* Ingredients for seasoning 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon dried minced garli
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
2 teaspoons flaked sea salt or course salt

DIRECTIONS: In a small bowl, combine the poppy seeds, sesame seeds, dried garlic, dried onion, and salt. Stir until well combined. Store in a sealed jar or container. Maldon -It comes in large, thin, uneven, crunchy salt flakes that have a very clean, pure salt taste. It is meant to be a finishing salt, used at the table in small amounts, rather than in cooking)
