INGREDIENTS: 1 cup or can of cooked chickpeas 1/3 cup cooked quinoa 1 small avocado, mashed 1/3 cup sliced strawberries 1 1/2 cups mixed greens 1 pinch sea salt 1/4 lemon, the juice 2 tsp hemp seed

DIRECTIONS: Mix everything in a bowl and enjoy! Note: if you’re prepping this in advance, try to keep the avocado separate and add it last minute or mash it with the lemon juice before adding it to the dish and then keep it refrigerated until you eat it.
