corner ... (1) months to be exact! Is your body ready for the beach?
If not, no worries …Continue my A.C. 30-Day Beach Body Series download or scroll down and view the calendar. Photos of each exercise are scrolling to the right. This will allow you to see what each moves looks like! Each exercises will assist you in (3) of the five components for optimal heath. (Strength, Cardio and Weight Management) In addition to these exercises, I encourage you to add 30 minutes of your favorite cardio. (Jogging, Brisk-walking, Interval-training or even any type of aerobic group activity that gets your heart rate up) Modify each move as you see fit. (For example: push-ups can be done on your knees or on the wall in an inclined position) For those of you who want to challenge yourself, add ankle/or arm weights. ![]() You don’t have to go toss everything and start from scratch in one day. Switching to 100 percent clean foods can be challenging and even costly at first. Give it time, and take it easy on yourself. Try replacing one food item at a time. Sub in soba noodles for plain white pasta, or skip the Snickers and do dates instead.
