Each Friday of each month from 5pm to 6pm (PST) you will enjoy 1 hour with Arnita and other tribe sistas on a private zoom video (Zoom Private invitations will be emailed to members only) call focusing on one of her "4 F Words."

*1st Friday of the Month = FAITH: "Faith Filled Women" 1 hour of Faith Focused Dialog within the Tribe Members (Minute Manna Extended) (Available daily devotions, quotes and affirmations)
*2nd Friday of the Month = FITNESS: 1 hour workout (Total/Full-Body) Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced. No Tribe member left behind. From Beginners Baby steps to Advance Soaring Eagles...The "Live workouts" will focus on toning, weight-loss, strengthening and maintaining a healthy, youthful lifestyle.
*3rd Friday of the Month = FOOD: 1 hour of Cooking in the Kitchen with AChampion (Pulling recipes from Arnita's
Ingredients of AChampion Vegan Cookbook) (Recipes can be altered to add meat) Each Tribe Member will receive their recipes 1 week before to ensure they have everything they will need to create their master dish. Each member will prepare, cook, showcase and eat their finished product.
*4th Friday of the Month = FASHION: 1 hour of creating outfits from your closet; Gurl-Friend time; Make -up tips; What to wear and how to wear; Hair tips, Self-care tips, Real Gurl Talk, etc. Fashion is not only outside it all begins from within. This will be the Tribe's time to "Mentally" build from within while manifesting a well dressed Queen on the outside.
